PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reduction gear of short axial length and high efficiency suitably used in a yaw driving device of a wind power generator, and to provide the yaw driving device. SOLUTION: This reduction gear used in the yaw driving device of the wind power generator, is composed of speed reduction in three stages, and constituted by an eccentric oscillation type reduction gear mechanism wherein the total reduction gear ratio of a speed reduction part of the first stage 10 and that of the second stage 20 is determined to be 1/6-1/60, and a speed reduction part of third stage 30 is composed of an internal gear body 32, a plurality of external gears 34, a plurality of crank shafts 35 and a carrier 37. A reduction gear ratio of the eccentric oscillation type reduction gear mechanism is determined to be 1/50-1/140, and the total reduction gear ratio of the reduction gear is determined to be 1/1000-1/3000.
