摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current mirror circuit for reducing or eliminating the effect of an output impedance and an error of an input output current ratio due to temperature drift. SOLUTION: A drain terminal 34d of an N type MOSFET 34 whose drain terminal and gate terminal are connected to an input terminal 30 via a resistor 32, a drain terminal 35d of an N type MOSFET 35 is connected to an output terminal 31 via a resistor 33, and source terminals of both the N type MOSFETs 34, 35 are connected to ground. Further, the output terminal 31 and the input terminal 30 are connected respectively to an inverting input terminal (-) and a noninverting input terminal (+) of a first differential amplifier of a differential-differential amplifier 36, a connection part between the resistor 32 and the N type MOSFET 34 and a connection part between the resistor 33 and the N type MOSFET 35 are respectively connected to an inverting input terminal (-) and a noninverting input terminal (+) of a second differential amplifier, and an output terminal of the differential-differential amplifier 36 is connected to the gate terminal of the N type MOSFET 35 to configure the current mirror circuit.
