PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control floor unit for further improving vibration control performance, and to provide a vibration control floor structure. SOLUTION: The vibration control floor unit 3 has a hollow base frame 11 installed on a substrate floor, a weight 12 provided vertically deformably in the base frame 11, and a coil spring 13 (vibration control member) for connecting one end to the weight 12 and connecting the other end to the inner wall face of the base frame 11. The coil spring 13 is directed in parallel with the side of the weight 12 by the deformation direction to be provided adjacent the weight 12. The vibration control floor unit 3 is provided with a displacement direction conversion device 14, provided in between the weight 12 and the coil spring 13 in the base frame 11, and converting vertical deformation of the weight 12 into horizontal deformation which is transmitted to the vibration control member 12, and an attenuation device 15 for attenuating motion energy of the weight 12.
