WATERPROOF AND SOUNDPROOF PANEL WITHOUT EXTERIOR DETERIORATION OR MODIFICATION BY MOISTURE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING IT

PURPOSE: A waterproof and soundproof panel is provided to fundamentally eliminate external deterioration or modification of a soundproof panel resulting from moisture or water by giving a complete waterproof property to a soundproof panel made of fire-retardant rock wool or glass wool. CONSTITUTION: The waterproof and soundproof panel(1) consists of: a soundproof layer(2) having a thickness of 10-50 mm and a density of 100-300 kg/m¬3, which is made of a glass wool or rock wool panel; a protective layer(3) having a thickness of 0.1-5.0mm, which is formed on the upside and the sides of the wool panel; and a waterproof layer(4) having a thickness of 0.1-5.0mm, which is formed on the underside of the wool panel. The protective layer(3) and the waterproof layer(4) are formed by at least one resin film or sheet selected from a group consisting of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinylchloride, polyurethane, polyethyleneterephthalate and nylon. The waterproof and soundproof panel(1) has 0.025-0.040KCal/mh deg.C of a thermal conductivity, 1-3% of an absorptivity, and 0.90-1.30 of an acoustic absorptivity.
