<p>The stuffing apparatus (100), for hand-made cigarettes, pushes tobacco from a prepared portion packed in material which cannot be smoked into a tube of cigarette paper. It has a base (1), with a holder (8) to secure one end of the packing, and an ejection piston (5) which moves longitudinally in a mounting (4) in relation to the holder. The base has a trough, extending from the holder, to take the packaged tobacco portion and/or the cigarette paper tube. A unit to shape the tobacco package into a cone, at the end of the base away from the piston mounting, is on a carrier (12) which swings on an axis parallel to the longitudinal axis (S) of the piston.</p> |
