PURPOSE: A plasma display device is provided to stabilize a signal processing in a driver circuit and prevent an erroneous operation of an integrated circuit, by effectively discharging heat from the integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION: A plasma display device comprises a plasma display panel(30), a chassis base(10), a connecting member(6), and a cooling device(12). The chassis base is arranged to support the plasma display panel, and mounted with a plurality of driver circuit substrates(34). The connecting member electrically connects the plasma display panel and the driver circuit substrates. The cooling device is fixed at the chassis base together with the connecting member so as to cool the connecting member. The cooling device includes a first radiation unit(18) having a plurality of radiation ribs(16); a second radiation unit(22) spaced apart from the first radiation unit, wherein the second radiation unit has a plurality of heat sinks(20); and a heat pipe(24) for connecting the first radiation unit and the second radiation unit. The heat pipe serves as a heat conduction medium between the first radiation unit and the second radiation unit. |
