PURPOSE: A footrest of a vehicle is provided to freely move the footrest to a desirable space and to regulate the inclination angle of the footrest in multi-stages by setting up obliquely upper and lower cases from a support member. CONSTITUTION: An upper case(100) comprises a mat installed on the outer surface; a first fitting piece(110) and a first support piece(120) arranged oppositely to each other on both sides of the inside; and a first hanging unit(130) disposed between the first support pieces. A lower case(200) is composed of a second fitting piece(220) and a second support piece(210) formed on both sides of the inside to correspond to the first fitting piece and the first support piece; an elongated fitting hole(240) and a second hanging unit corresponding to the first hanging unit, which are disposed between the second fitting pieces; a mounting groove unit(260) and a fitting groove unit(250) recessed toward the inside at predetermined depth in the center of the outer surface, and integrated to each other; and a support bar(270) fitted into the mounting groove unit, wherein both ends of the support bar are positioned on the upside of the second support piece. A support member(300) inserted into the fitting groove unit of the lower case has a fitting unit(310) formed in the center of one side; a hinge unit(320) disposed at both sides of the fitting unit and formed with a hole to receive an axial rod(322); and a fitting groove formed in the other side to fit a central portion of the support rod.
