ACRYL BODY SEALER FOR COATING JOINT PORTION OF IRON PANEL EXPOSED TO WATER LEAK, CORROSION GENERATION OR NOISE

PURPOSE: Provided is an acrylic body sealer useful for joint portions of iron panel in automobile exposed to water leak, generation of corrosion, noise by coating the sealer in constant thickness and width while removing exhaust of dioxin in furnace for reproduction of iron. CONSTITUTION: The acrylic body sealer composition comprises acryl resin, filler, flame retardant, plasticizer and additive. The acryl resin functions like as PVC resin of PVC body sealer. The filler is for controlling fluidity of the sealer. The body sealer is packaged in a drum and delivered through a pump and coats body of automobile. The acrylic body sealer composition is introduced in a furnace for recycling used automobile.
