PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an electric heater is provided to prevent a manufacture yield from being deteriorated according to changes of the length and shape of heating wires by forming and maintaining heating wires with separable jigs. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an electric heater comprises a step of forming a strip with a mother jig(100) in which an insertion jig-fitting groove is formed, and an insertion jig(250) to be inserted in the mother jig. A heating wire is completed by installing the insertion jig of the outermost outside. If the mother jig and the insertion jig are removed after brazing the heating wire, the heating wire and a mantle are left and manufacture of the heating wire of a desired shape is possible.
