PURPOSE: An apparatus for emulsifying wasted plastics is provided to continuously treat a lot of wasted plastics using a catalyst and to be suitable for a large scale plant. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for emulsifying wasted plastics comprises a reacting tube(10) performing a first decomposition reaction of the wasted plastics; a reactor(20) performing a second decomposition reaction of a mixture of the wasted plastics and the catalyst and having a heater; a screening device(50) for screening the catalyst having a determined diameter from the catalysts eliminated from the reactor; and a catalyst regenerator(60) having a plurality of rotary chambers.
