An envelope easily and surely unsealable by a method other than a perforation without using a cutter such as scissors, comprising an opening side tongue piece (5) for closing an opening part (4) by folding down and adhesive agent applied onto the opening side tongue piece (5) to seal the opening part (4), wherein a print surface part (2) is provided on an adhesive portion on the opposite side of the opening side tongue piece (5) where the opening side tongue piece (5) is folded down, and the print surface part (2) is formed, by printing, of a portion (2a) treated for separation by ink and portions (2b) not treated for separation.
