PURPOSE: A riding mower vehicle is provided to simplify the braking and parking operation of the vehicle body, to improve the operation in relation to driving itself by improving the right and left weight balance of the vehicle body, and to improve the operation in relation to the mower deck, especially the adjustment of mowing height. CONSTITUTION: The riding mower vehicle includes: a pair of continuously variable transmissions(24), driven by a rotation power of an engine(4); a pair of rear wheels(3), arranged respectively on right and left side and rotated-driven in forward or backward rotation direction by the continuously variable transmissions(24); a mower(43), connected to a vehicle body in front of the rear wheels(3) in such a manner that a user freely gets on or gets off the mower(43); and a pair of front wheels(2), supporting the front side of the vehicle body; wherein a brake pedal(69) for braking the right and left rear wheel(3) and a parking operating member(78) for maintaining the foot putting state on the brake pedal(69) are arranged on a step over the mower(43).
