PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescence display is provided to prevent a short-circuit between power supply lines, by forming the power supply lines simultaneously with a reflection film or the first pixel electrode. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescence display comprises a gate line, a data line, and a power supply line(230) formed on an insulation substrate(200); a pixel region defined by the gate line, the data line, and the power supply line; and a pixel having a reflection film(261) and a pixel electrode(263) arranged in the pixel region. The reflection film and the power supply line are formed on the same layer.
