PURPOSE: An ash tray of a vehicle is provided to prevent shaking of the ash tray in traveling on uneven or unpaved roads by strongly adhering the ash tray to a holding member with power of a magnet and to remove noise by restricting the ash tray from bumping against the holding member. CONSTITUTION: An ash tray of a vehicle is composed of a recessed groove formed on the bottom side of a body(100) of the ash tray having an opened upside; a magnet(200) installed in the recessed groove; and a steel plate(400) mounted on the bottom of a settling unit of a holding member(300) such as a console in which the ash tray is placed. The ash tray body is stuck in the settling unit. A folding cover(120) is disposed on the upper surface of the body.
