摘要 PURPOSE: A signal transmission circuit is provided to operate stably even when the circuit is connected to a low voltage source power and operates at high speed. CONSTITUTION: A signal transmission circuit comprises a plurality of stage circuits outputting a pulse voltage according to a driving pulse in sequence. According to each stage circuit, an output transistor outputs a pulse voltage to a source of an output transistor, according to the driving pulse. A bootstrap capacitor(C1) is connected between a gate and the source of the output transistor. The first charging transistor(T11) has a drain connected to a power supply line or a ground line and a source connected to the gate of the output transistor, in order to charge the bootstrap capacitor. The first discharging transistor(T13) has a drain connected to one end of the bootstrap capacitor. The second discharging transistor(T14) has a drain connected to other end of the bootstrap capacitor. An output transistor control circuit prevents the pulse voltage from being output from the output transistor of each circuit of other stages, when the pulse voltage is output from the source of the output transistor.
