PURPOSE: A plasma display panel is provided to prevent degradation of screen quality at the center of the panel. CONSTITUTION: A plasma display panel comprises a first substrate(20) and a second substrate(22) opposed with each other; a plurality of address electrodes(26a,26b) formed on the first substrate; barrier ribs interposed between the first substrate and the second substrate so as to define discharge cells; phosphor layers formed in the discharge cells; a plurality of discharge sustain electrodes(36) formed on the second substrate; and black conductive layers(42) interposed between the discharge sustain electrodes. At least one discharge sustain electrode and the black conductive layer are electrically connected with each other. |
