PURPOSE: A device for detaching/attaching a battery cover of a battery built-in type mobile terminal is provided to allow a user to easily detach a battery cover of a mobile terminal by solving a problem that the user must pull out the battery cover downwardly. CONSTITUTION: A pair of hooks(51) are formed protrusively and bent along a longitudinal direction at one side of a battery cover(31) and disposed spaced apart along a width direction of the battery cover(31), and has an outer slop face(52a) and an inner slop face(52b), respectively, at both sides thereof along the width direction. A pair of lockers(61) include stoppers engaged with the hooks(51) and hook receiving recesses(67) for receiving the hooks(51), so that when the stoppers and the hook receiving recesses(67) are moved to approach each other, they can press the hooks(51) to allow the battery cover(31) to be first withdrawn along a longitudinal direction of a terminal body, and when the stoppers and the hook receiving recesses(67) return to their initial position, they press the hooks(51) to allow the battery cover(31) to be secondly withdrawn along the longitudinal direction of the terminal body. A restoration spring(67) applies an elastic force to the lockers(61) to return them to their initial separated position.
