PURPOSE: A pre-driver circuit and an output circuit using the pre-driver circuit are provided to improve signal integrity by adjusting a driving size of the pre-driver according to a wafer process status. CONSTITUTION: An off-chip driver circuit(100) includes first to N-th off-chip drivers(100-1 to 100-N), each of which receives a data signal and a corresponding one out of first to N-th control signals. An output driver circuit(300) is connected to output signals of the off-chip driver circuit and a pre-driver circuit(200). The pre-driver circuit includes a pull-up unit, a pull-down unit, and a controller. The pull-up unit receives the data signal to output logic high. The pull-down unit receives the data signal to output logic low. The controller controls a driving size of the pull-up unit and/or the pull-down unit by using a control signal of which logic status is changed according to a process completion status.
