PURPOSE: To provide a system for purifying volatile organic compounds, which prevents non-treated volatile organic compounds from being emitted to the atmosphere and keeps the inner pressure of a rotary concentrator stable by installing an air-lock device thereto. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a rotary concentrator (10) which is connected with a volatile organic compound discharge line (5) and purifies volatile organic compounds, and an air-lock device (40) which is connected with a concentrator entrance door, through which a worker is able to come in and go out the rotary concentrator. The air-lock device comprise an air-lock entrance door (41), a pressurizing valve (42), an intake valve (44), and an exhaust valve (43).
