PURPOSE: Provided are a polypropylene-based resin which is excellent in stiffness, heat resistance and heat moldability, a polypropylene resin composition containing the resin and a sheet or a molded product obtained by using the resin or the composition. CONSTITUTION: The polypropylene-based resin is a polymer of propylene and ethylene or a C4-C20 α-olefin, contains 0.1-2.0 mol% of a unit derived from ethylene or a C4-C20 α -olefin, and has a melt flow rate (230 deg.C, load of 2.16 kg) of 0.1-5.0 g/10 min, a Mw/Mn (measured by GPC method) of 5.0-20 and a stereoregularity index £M5| (represented by £Pmmmm|/£Pw|) of 0.960-0.990, wherein £Pmmmm| represents the absorption intensity derived from the methyl group of third unit at the part where five propylene units are combined continuously to form an isotactic moiety, and £Pw| represents the absorption intensity derived from the methyl group of a propylene unit at 13C-NMR spectrum.
