摘要 PURPOSE: A photopolymer for holographic storage and preparation method thereof using epoxy modified silicone are provided to solve problems of conventional photopolymer such as shrinkage during recording, limit in film thickness, low diffraction efficiency and low sensitivity, and to improve general properties so as to have low shrinkage, high diffraction efficiency, optical flatness and transparency, by substituting organic polymers with siloxane based inorganic polymers. CONSTITUTION: The photopolymer for holographic storage has a repetitive unit having the structure of £(CH3)3SiO{(CH3)2SiO}m{(CH3SiO){(CH2)3OCH2COHCH2}n}Si(CH3)3|5(N(CH2)2N(CH2)2N){C2H8NCHCH2CHN(CH2)3COCH2CHCONH2} and has a molecular weigh of 13550-86650 depending on the degree of polymerization of m and n. The photopolymer is produced by: reacting a siloxane based inorganic polymer represented by formula I with allylglycidyl ether represented by formula II for hydrosilylation in the presence of a platinum catalyst to obtain epoxy modified silicone represented by formula III; and conducting an epoxy curing reaction and vinyl photopolymerization by adding an amine type curing agent, fused nano silica, a photopolymer mixture of N-vinylcarbazole(NVC), N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidinone(NVP) and acrylamide, photosensitizer, a photoinitiator and an agent for preventing disintegration of the photoinitiator to the epoxy modified silicone.
