COATING FILM-TREATED STEEL MATERIAL EXCELLENT IN FLOW RUST SUPPRESSING CAPACITY AND STABLE RUST FORMING AGENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film-treated steel material excellent in initial flow rust suppressing capacity. SOLUTION: The coating film-treated steel material has a coating film for forming stable rust formed to the surface thereof. The coating film is compounded with titanium sulfate in an amount of 0.03-3.6 mass% with respect to 100 mass% of a resin component and further contains a color pigment and an extender with a mean particle size of 5μm or above.
