PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase print capacity efficiently depending on increase in the number of print units while carrying a plurality of recording sheets recorded with images, respectively, by a plurality of print units in parallel to a discharge sheet collection unit. SOLUTION: When images are recorded on a plurality of recording sheets P in parallel by means of a plurality of print units 10, the recording sheets P are carried out from a connection guide way 80 into a sheet discharge passage such that a part of the plurality of recording sheets P overlaps each over in the sheet discharge guide way 86 (sheet discharge passage). Even when one recording sheet P fed out from one print unit 10 into the sheet discharge guide way 86 (sheet discharge passage) is under carriage to a discharge sheet collection unit 94, other recording sheet P can be fed out from other print unit 10 without waiting completion of carry out of the recording sheets P to the discharge sheet collection unit 94, and that recording sheet P can be carried to the discharge sheet collection unit 94 along the carrying passage while being superposed on one recording sheet (double feed state).
