The present invention is related to a two-element earpiece, including a first acoustic transducer mounted inside a first housing in order to outwardly direct the sound from a predetermined direction of the first housing. The first housing is sized small enough so as to at least be partially adjusted in the ear casing cavity of the user's and still having a larger area than the inlet of the user's ear external acoustic meatus. The first acoustic transducer is supported by the user's ear, in order to route the cylinder generated by the transducer in the direction of the external acoustic meatus inlet. A second acoustic transducer is mounted inside the second housing. The second housing is considerably bigger than the first housing and is placed at least above the auricle portion of the user's ear. A crossing circuit divides the electric signals received by the earpiece, and transmits higher frequency signals to the first smaller transducer, and lower frequency signals to the second bigger transducer.
