PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart antistatic properties to a decorative sheet without lowering the contamination resistance and weather resistance (surface whitening or the weather resistant adhesion of a primer layer) even if a resin other than a vinyl chloride resin such as a polyolefinic resin is used in a base material sheet. SOLUTION: In the decorative sheet 10 wherein a surface layer 5 comprising a curable resin is laminated on the base material sheet 1 comprising a thermoplastic resin through the primer layer 4, an antistatic agent is added to the primer layer and barium sulfate being an extender is also added further preferably. The thermoplastic resin of the base material sheet is preferably a polyolefinic resin at least on the side of the primer layer and the curable resin of the surface layer is preferably an ionizing radiation curable resin.
