PURPOSE: A device and a method for adaptively controlling summer peak power of multiple power consumers in a remote place using the Internet are provided to keep a maximum power value within a management standard by momentarily lowering the power peak under a target power value while works are normally advanced even if an estimated power value is excessively over a target power value. CONSTITUTION: An Internet connector(1) is equipped with a hub linked with multiple electric systems of the power consumer and a router realizing communication with the Internet. A digital wattmeter(3) is installed in the power consumer and meters/transfers the consumption power to the hub. A load controller(5) selectively cuts off the power supplied to lightings, air-conditioners, and elevator to be cut off or entire power by a received control signal. A main peak controller(9) is connected to the Internet connector through the Internet, calculates the estimated power value consumed in a maximum power reaching time by receiving the consumed power from the digital wattmeter in real-time, compares it with the target power value, and controls the load controller and a generator(7) based on a comparing result. |
