PURPOSE: A nozzle assembly of a vacuum cleaner for both wet and dry cleaning is provided to improve cleaning efficiency by injecting and diffusing water and detergent to the large area, and to reduce drying time by sucking water contacted to the carpet promptly. CONSTITUTION: A nozzle assembly of a vacuum cleaner is composed of a suction body(20) fixed to the end of an extension pipe connected to a vacuum cleaner body to suck water by moving along the floor, and an injector(30) fastened in the upper part of the suction body to inject water or detergent to the floor. Plural ribs(21) are protruded and arranged along the front of the upper part of the suction body to form grooves(22) injecting water or detergent. A nozzle cover is mounted in the upper part of the suction body to close the injector, and spaced from the front of the suction body to inject water or detergent through the injector.
