PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolyzed water forming device usable in both of a batch type and a continuous type, and in which the unevenness of treatment does not occur even if used as a continuous type. SOLUTION: In the electrolyzed water forming device consisting of a cylindrical vessel and an electrolyzing means, the cylindrical vessel can be attached and detached to/from the electrolyzing means.
