PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor in which mechanical strength and electrophotographic properties of a hardened film having charge transport property are further exhibited, and to provide a process cartridge with the same and an electrophotographic apparatus. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor comprising a conductive substrate and a photosensitive layer disposed on the conductive substrate, wherein the photosensitive layer forms a surface of the photoreceptor, this photoreceptor surface forming layer is formed by hardening a coating film of a solution comprising a charge transport compound having a chain-polymerizable functional group and a solvent. When the coating film is assumed to be the photosensitive layer or a part thereof, a content of the solvent to the mass of the photosensitive layer is 0.05-20 mass%. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
