METHOD OF MANUFACTURING NIOBIUM SOLID-STATE ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a niobium solid-state electrolytic capacitor small and stable by suppressing a leakage current in a high-temperature load test, in a method of manufacturing the niobium solid-state electrolytic capacitor fabricated by forming a chemical conversion-treated film, a solid-state electrolyte layer, and a cathode extraction layer in this order on the surface of an anode body made of niobium or an alloy mainly formed of niobium. SOLUTION: The chemical conversion treated-film is formed by using a chemical conversion treatment liquid which is prepared by adding an acidification material consisting of organic acid into an aqueous solution containing a salt of boric acid or a salt of organic acid and is acidized.
