PACK TYPE UNDERGROUND REINFORCEMENT MEMBER AND THE CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING A PACK UNDER THE GROUND CAPABLE OF PREVENTING THE LATERAL BREAKING OF THE GROUND AND THE LOSS OF HARDENER BY INSTALLING UNDER THE GROUND BY COUPLING A PACK WITH A REINFORCEMENT MEMBER

PURPOSE: A pack type reinforcement member under the ground is provided to heighten the economical efficiency by minimizing the loss of hardener and to have strong anchoring strength with the surrounding ground against the lateral breaking of a pile installation hole. CONSTITUTION: The pack type reinforcement member under the ground comprises: a reinforcement member(10) embedding after perforating under the ground; a pack(200) surrounding the reinforcement member(10) or at least one portion of a reinforcement member; a primary hose(301) extended to the inside of the pack(200) from a hardener supply route; and a secondary hose(302) extended to the outside of the pack(200) from a hardener supply route. The construction method using a pack comprises the steps of: perforating the ground to form an installation hole for a reinforcement member; inserting a reinforcement member united with the pack to the hole; grouting primarily by injecting hardener through a primary hose under pressure, then expanding to the maximum; and grouting secondarily by injecting hardener between the surface of a pack and the installation hole for a reinforcement member as occasion demands.
