<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an accurate voice recognition result using necessary information for voice recognition in accordance with the voice recognition result. <P>SOLUTION: Voice featured information is obtained from an information processing terminal 200 which requests voice recognition and the voice recognition result based on the featured information is evaluated. In accordance with the evaluation, a server 100 requests for featured information, in which a reduced level is relaxed, or voice information itself to the information processing terminal 200.
