<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect an engine and a fluid pump from the upper side while facilitating maintenance operation and easily carry the engine and the fluid pump while easily coping with a variation in weight balance in a portable engine pump in which the engine and the fluid pump with a casing capable of detachably connecting a hose thereto is supported on a frame of a frame structure in a state of rotating shafts connected to each other. <P>SOLUTION: The frame 11 comprises a pair of lower frames 11a laterally extending along arrangement directions of the engine E and the fluid pump P on both lower sides of the engine E and the fluid pump P arranged parallel with each other in the rotating axis direction, four vertical frames 11b rising upward from both ends of the lower frames 11a, a pair of upper frames 11c arranged on both sides of the engine E and the fluid pump P and connecting two sets of the vertical frames 11b in pairs to each other, and a protective frame 11d connecting centers of both the upper frames 11c to each other by commonly using a portable handle.
