<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor relay having a simple structure which is provided with two sets of output circuits which are conducted and/or released while the order of the conduction and/or releasing is set previously. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor relay 1 is provided with: a light emitting device 2 connected between input terminals 1a, 1b; a photo diode array 3; a charging and discharging control circuit 4; a first MOSFET 5 for output connected between first output terminals 1c, 1d; a second MOSFET 6 for output connected between second output terminals 1e, 1f; a charging order control circuit 7 controlling the order of charging the gate of the first MOSFET 5 for outputting and the gate of the second MOSFET 6 for outputting; and a discharging order control circuit 8 controlling the order of discharging the gate load of the first MOSFET 5 for outputting and the gate load of the second MOSFET 6 for outputting.
