PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosensitive stencil printing film, which can be manufactured through a water-based system and has favorable ink permeability. SOLUTION: This thermosensitive stencil printing film is formed by providing a porous layer on a thermoplastic film. The porous layer comprises at least inorganic fine particles under the condition that the inorganic fine particle has a cationic group when printing is performed with a cationic ink and has an anionic group when printing is performed with an anionic ink.
