The lower part of the chair has a support part (11) with foot (6). A seat is mounted at the front by a connecting lever (4). The back part (11.1) of the seat and a back-rest support are synchronously adjustable. The back part of the support part has a convexly backward leading guide-curve along which the backrest support telescopically moves. The back seat-section (2.3) mounted on a back link (2.2) is guided along the guide curve (1.3,5.1). The back part of the support part is extended downwards and is rigid in a middle or front part of the foot.
