PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary of high sealability and easy assembly without using any gasket (packing) in a joint part. SOLUTION: In a pipe joint in which concentric recessed grooves are formed in one side surface of flat impulse/contact surfaces facing each other of a pair of pipe joint parts, and an annular projecting part to be fitted to the recessed grooves are formed in an impulse/contact surface on the other side, an inner circumferential wall of the recessed groove on one side is formed of a constant wall thickness part from a bottom part of the recessed groove and an inner surface of the inner circumferential wall is formed of an inclined surface so that the constant wall thickness part is gradually thin-walled toward an end part of the inner circumferential wall, and an inner wall of an annular projecting part formed on the other impulse/contact surface is formed of an inclined surface to be slidably brought into contact with and fitted to the inclined surface of the inner circumferential wall of the recessed groove.
