PURPOSE: A hygienic band across thighs is provided to increase the efficiency of a hygienic band and to be comfortable in activity or wearing by extending a main part and absorbing layer to thighs and attaching abdominal and anal flaps. CONSTITUTION: The hygienic band across thighs comprises the absorbing layer(S20) located between an outer side and an inner side; and a central part located in an entrance of vulva, wherein the major axis of the band in which the absorbing layer is arranged longitudinally extends to both thighs. The hygienic band comprises the abdominal flap(S10) which is located in a front abdominal region at right angles with the major axis; and the anal flap(S30) which is located in a back anal region at right angles with the major axis.
