PURPOSE: An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to apply a test signal having the same waveform as the actual operation of the LCD to each gate driving signal line to test gate lines, to thereby correctly inspect the operation states of shift registers as well as the gate lines. CONSTITUTION: An LCD assembly(300) includes a plurality of gate lines(G1,Gn-1,Gn), a plurality of data lines(D1,D2,D3,Dm) intersecting the gate lines, a plurality of switching elements(Q) respectively connected to the gate lines and the data lines, and pixel electrodes respectively connected to the switching elements. The LCD assembly further includes a plurality of driving signal transfer lines for receiving a plurality of driving signals from an external device, and a gate driver for outputting a gate signal to the switching elements based on the driving signals received from the driving signal transfer lines. The driving signal transfer lines respectively include test pads receiving test signals from an external device.
