PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and dynamically change configuration of hosts and a storage in a non-sharing database. SOLUTION: Processes 24 to 29 executed in a plurality of hosts 11 to 14 respectively has the non-sharing database which accesses data in a storage device 30, and system manager 70 and a DB manager 10 which manage the hosts 11 to 14 and the storage device 30. The processes 24 to 29 exclusively access one or more disks 51 to 54 of the storage device. When hosts are added or removed, allocation of the processes 24 to 29 are changed among the hosts 11 to 14.
