PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication equipment provided with a telephone function, which discriminates the importance or urgency of each of phone calls recorded as incoming call history information. SOLUTION: The communication equipment provided with the telephone function and an incoming call history recording function, includes: a ringing number of times measurement section 3 for measuring the number of ringing times; and a nonvolatile memory 4 for storing an incoming call history. The communication equipment is configured such that the ringing number of times measurement section 3 measures the number of ringing times at the arrival of an incoming call, a communication control section 2 acquires the telephone number of an opposite party, and that a main control section 1 writes in the nonvolatile memory 4 the number of ringing times at the arrival of each incoming call measured by the ringing number of times measurement section 3, and telephone numbers of opposite parties at the arrival of each incoming call acquired by the communication control section 2 in cross-reference with each other.
