PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of reducing road noise without suppressing operation stability and riding comfort in a low flat tire provided with a rim protector. SOLUTION: In the pneumatic tire T provided with the rim protector RF and having a flatness ratio of 55% or lower, when regarding a rubber member 5 arranged at the outside in a tire axial direction of a carcass layer 6, areas A-C satisfying 0.1L≤area A≤0.3L, 0.3L<area B≤0.35L and 0.35L<area C≤0.65L are set based on height from a lower end of a bead core 7 respectively, shore A hardness a-c of a part occupying a volume ratio of 90% or higher of the areas A-C satisfies 75°≤hardness a≤95°, 75°≤hardness b≤95°and 35°≤hardness c≤47°respectively.
