PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mechanically promote a procedure for unlocking a striker lock and tipping up a seat after moving the seat up to a prescribed position in a rear part in a cabin. SOLUTION: This seat is installed to be movable in position by a slide rail 4. A striker lock 7 latched and mounted on a striker 8 rising from a vehicle body floor F is equipped in a lower part close to a rear end of a lower rail 4b, a spindle 6 for journaling and pivotally attaching a front end side of the lower rail 4b is made as a fulcrum, and the seat is folded and installed to be tipped up to an upper side from a rear part side. The seat is provided with a switching mechanism 10 for making unlocking of the striker lock 7 by an operation lever impossible when keeping the seat at a front seating position and making unlocking of the striker lock 7 by the operation lever possible when moving the seat to a prescribed rear position.
