SYSTEM WHICH PROCESSES EXECUTION OF RIGHT OF STOCK OPTION, AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make exercise of right of stock option easy by lending capital for exercising the right to the right holder from a securities company.

SOLUTION: The system for processing exercise of right of stock option is provided with; a customer information storage section 18 which stores available amount of the right holder computed based on credit limit 22 of the right holder of stock option; a loan available amount calculation section (loan application reception processing section 32) which computes smaller amount either of an available amount from an issuing company computed based on dealing information on the target stock of stock option which received call for exercising of right from the right holder, or an available amount of the right holder concerned, as a loan available amount for exercising stock option right to the right holder concerned; and a transfer directions output section (target stock sales processing section 34) which outputs transfer directions to transfer the exercise of right amount to a designated account of the issuing company which issues a stock option, when the right exercise amount required for exercise of right is below the computed loan available amount.
