<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem that it takes a great deal of time and labor in a setting operation that sets the set value of an interconnection device adaptable to a use area such as a utilizing country and a power company. <P>SOLUTION: The interconnection device 4 comprises a set value setting part 32 that sets the set value with respect to the protection of each system, and a control unit 34 that controls the protection of each system on the basis of the set value. There are provided at every country a country-by-country set value managing table 16A that stores the set value with respect to the system protection in advance, and a country code discriminator 31 that discriminates the utilizing country that utilizes the interconnection device through a country code input 19 and a GPS receiver 18.
