<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for possibly reducing the occupied area of a circuit board by an electric connection switching metal fitting operated to switch over by an expandable antenna. <P>SOLUTION: An electric connection switching metal fitting 9 is fixed to the inside of a casing 12 and has a spring 9-1 contacted with the lower metal fitting 3 of an antenna. When a straight element 2 is housed in the casing 12, the antenna lower metal fitting 3 pushes the spring 9-1 enough to bend it to contact, thus electrically connecting the lower metal fitting 3 with the switching metal fitting 9. In combination of the casing 12 with a circuit board 13, a spring 9-2 of the switching metal fitting 9 elastically contacts a conductor land provided on the circuit board 13 to electrically connect them. The conductor land contacts with the GND of the board 13 through a terminating circuit mounted on the circuit board 13, and when the antenna is housed, it terminates the straight element 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
