A motorcycle (10), comprising a head pipe (15) rotatably supporting a steering shaft, a vehicle body frame (11) connected to the head pipe (15), and an engine (12) supported on the vehicle body frame (11) in a suspended state. The vehicle body frame (11) further comprises a main frame (19) extending from the head pipe (15) to a diagonal rear lower side and a pair of sub frames (20) extending from the main frame (19) to a diagonal rear lower side. The engine (12) further comprises a crankcase (12b) and a cylinder (12a) extending from the crankcase (12b) to a diagonal front upper side. The cylinder (12a) is supported on the rear end part (19b) of the main frame (19). The crankcase (12b) is supported on the sub frames (20) at two portions apart from each other in the longitudinal direction.
