PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic cutter capable of easily cutting only a cutting object of a surface to a processing object having the cutting object for covering the surface. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic cutter has an ultrasonic wave generator 11 for generating ultrasonic vibration, a horn part 12 connected with this ultrasonic wave generator 11, and transmitting the ultrasonic vibration, a machining blade 13 installed in a tip part of this horn part 12, and transmitting the ultrasonic vibration, and a body case 14 for storing the ultrasonic wave generator 11 and the horn part 12 in a state of projecting the machining blade 13 from one end part. The ultrasonic cutter has a guide base part 21a positioned on the peak side more than a blade part 13a of the machining blade 13, and extending in the longitudinal direction of the machining blade 13, in one end part of the body case 14. The cutter has a tip part side guide member 21b projecting in the blade turning direction by going over the blade part 13a of the machining blade 13 in the tip part vicinity of the machining blade 13, in this guide base part 21a.
