PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape or sheet which causes no float when being folded and is folded to a figure which can easily be unfolded to a long form. SOLUTION: The adhesive tape or sheet 1 is prepared by forming adhesive layers 3a1, 3a2 and 3b2, temporary adhesive layers 3c2 and 3d1, and release treatment layers 3b1, 3c1 and 3d2 onto prescribed positions of both the surfaces of a long shaped substrate 2, being folded to the figure of having a end part 1b which is projected out of the other end part, forming a tab section 4. Wherein a fold line part 1c formed at folding or a fold line part 1d formed at further folding, exists at a front position of the projecting end part, on the face of a projecting end part side, making the projecting end part to the tab section.
