PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus between vehicles and a communication system whereby a group of people can attain mutual communication by recognizing behaviors in vehicles other than its own vehicle in terms of image and voice data even when the group takes a group trip while riding separately on a plurality of the vehicles. SOLUTION: Each vehicle is provided with the communication apparatus that acquires image information and / or voice information in the vehicle by a camera and a microphone and transmits the information to the other vehicles, receives image information and / or voice information in the other vehicles transmitted from the other vehicles, makes a display section display the image information and the speaker output the voice information, so that the information can be exchanged among the vehicles.
